- Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux command line operations
- Understanding of TCP/IP and UDP networking and their application-level usage
- Basic knowledge of network routing and troubleshooting techniques
- Hands-on experience in writing basic SQL queries
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or equivalent
- Experience providing first-line support and performing root cause analysis in real-time, distributed systems
- Involvement in large-scale application and infrastructure capacity planning and deployments
- Experience in organizing application migrations and executing infrastructure upgrades
